The team provided concept and schematic design for a mixed use building comprising of club house, transit apartments and service apartments for a reputed MNC located in the city of Kochi. The initial phase of the design evolved as G+1 storey club house along with 2 floors for transit apartments. The conceived modular grid in the design of the transit apartments provided scope for future development of the service apartments with the configuration of 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK extending for additional 8 floors.
